there was still the strength of the brand coca-cola. i think people look for lessons, these are all situaonal. situations are always different. i had the greatest fortune to have brand coca-cola and that was still pristine there were issues but still pristine. that was really what i used a the main engine to bring back essentially what was a strategic but also a belief problem. the morale in the organization was poor. we had research which showed that. that wasn't anecdotal. i had the benefit of that interview procs because i d just over three months before they made the decision to think about what i eyesed to call "what does theog do when he catches the bus?" >> rose: (laughs) he can't eat the bus. >> what am i going to do? so i had time to think about it and also get data and information and that was very, very useful. >> rose: thinking about what you might do? in other words, if, in fact, when you took over how you would handle what your responsibilities were? what your priorities were and what kind of team did you want around you.

>> coca-cola did, brooke.y alerted authorities that they think that a chemical could be in their juice that was coming from brazil. it wasn't just in their juice. in case you don't know, they only make minute maid and simply orange juice, as well. so what's interesting is that coca-cola told the fda in late december but the agency only went public with the information this week. letting the public know it's been stopping shipments at ports to test the juice. the fda is also going to supermarkets to test the juice, as well. it's looking for fungicide, a chemical sprayed on trees to control mold. it's banned here in the u.s. but other countries use it. and regulators say if they find juice at ports with the chemical in it, they'll go ahead and block the juice from coming in. so far the levels that have been detected have been very low but the fda found some juice with the fungicide already on store shelves. the fda says it will take it off the shelves if the level is too high but at these low levels the fda says
