i'm jeff cole, fox 29 news. >> two men shot to again inside a car in norristown. police are now looking for the killer investigators say they found the two men shot on the 700 block of chain street just after midnight. one of the men was dead at the scene. the other was taken to hospital where he died a short time later. demolition on a building in philadelphia's old city that caught fire last sunday is on hold while investigators are still looking for how that fire started. they say the building on the 200 block of chestnut street is now unsafe. the city's department of licen licenses and inspections says crews still need to work on the connected buildings before they can begin demolition but expect that to start sometime later this week. >>> new castle county police arrested this guy delancey smallwood for several counts of indecent exposure. police say the 43-year-old once exposed himself to a woman on weather ton drive in brandy wood while asking her for directions. police were then able to link him he to to a couple of other incidents he's facing several char
