the river fire started on august 4th near colfax and plaster county. it burned 2600 acres and destroyed more than 100 homes. pgd also getting ready for possible power outages in the storm, the utilities 25 acre material yard in fremont is loaded with equipment ready to be sent wherever it's needed. it has everything from power lines to transformers. pg and e says it will also keep up installation of anti wildfire technologies, which also worked to reroute power in a storm. have been installing sectional isar. this helps us switch customers from one line to another. and so in some cases when there's an outage, we can switch the bulk of customers from that affected line to a different one. the agency is also bringing in crews from other parts of the service area to help restore power if needed, whether can't come soon enough for california's critically dry reservoirs, the biggest reservoir in the state of shasta. it's only 21% full right now. this historical average at the time of year is 36% lake oroville is at 22% so it's folsom lake. the state data sh
