colfax said, our staff is exhausted and tired. they have to deal front line with dealing with covid-19 while also dealing with themselves, so we need staff to be able to support them. we will continue to partner with the unions, educational institutions and d.h.r. to expand promotive pathways for so they stay with us and build careers with us. we've had interesting conversations where they have a pathway for food service workers to become chefs, which is a great opportunity. we have dedicated staff specifically to internal workforce initiatives and we provide one-on-one career coaching in other services. as we wrapped up negotiations, we will continue to work with labor partners to look for ways to streamline our processes like collapsing our qualifications. we have way too many. if you're a social worker, there are four or five different recruitments you have to apply for just to be a social worker. we have to broaden our minimum qualifications are too technical. many others. but in the interest of time, i will not go into those.
