that is completely different from what we saw yesterday when interstate he was closed between colfax and then the baddest dateline rain turned to sleet with white out conditions and ice and snow covered most of that road. caltrans and the chp closed the interstate to keep drivers from getting stuck in the snow. we're spinning out. still some people tried to get as close to the ski resorts as they could did you know that this was closed? yes we did. yeah, we're crazy enough to try to come up anyways. and some drivers who became stuck felt it was worth it to have a chance to go skiing and snowboarding and some fresh snow filled up the gas tanks and had snacks, blankets, heavy coats, coffee and water. and along highway 50 drivers heading to south lake tahoe appreciated the precautions taken by caltrans and the chp. they were also prepared, including some who decided to just play in the snow where they were. they waited for the highway to reopen. well that's why we're sledding. we're going to go snowboarding, and then it got a little got a little dicey on the road. so we saw this and we'
