the restaurant involved in reno's recent e-coli outbreak is going out of business. owner mark estee announced reno provisions is closing. provisions' facebook page that the business will close its doors this sunday. in the meantime, the whole store is marked down 50-percent... and there will be live music on saturday and sunday. it was back in november when officials say a dessert prepared at the restaurant was eaten by customers at the twisted fork... who later became ill. a total of 21 people tested postive for e- coli... the first case being reported on november 3rd. a lawsuit was then filed against reno provisions by one of the people who fell ill. kolo 8 news is speaking with mark estee right now. that interview will be on kolo 8 news now at 11. thousands gathered in night to ring in the new year.
