. ♪ >> i go to college of adaptive arts. and i'm an actor. cting career -- it's my life to me. >> we provide an equitable, lifelong college experience to adults of all abilities who directly haven't had access to a college education. >> the students at the college of adaptive arts are students with a whole beautiful range of differing abilities. and we actually use the term "differing abilities" here at caa because the college is built for them. ♪ >> i don't believe there's anything out there that we can find that's a lifelong model. and once you receive your diploma, you're welcomed and encouraged to come back and re-enroll and continue to learn and grow forever. we started in 2009. we had 12 students. and now, in 2021, we're enrolling about 145 adults, ages 18 to 73. and we have about 75 course offerings, all happening online right now during covid. the community has just been unbelievable. >> i came to college of adaptive arts, and i was just astonished. i took one step in, and the students and deanna were just so warm and welcoming. >> wha
