good morning to you, collett. good morning. tell us a little bit in terms of your own experience, you told your bosses about your own mental health difficulties. how has that changed the way your day—to—day life works? itjust makes it so much easier because when i'm having a bad day i don't have to explain the whole situation of why i'm having a bad day. i canjust come in and say i'm struggling today for the bay know why i am struggling and, because of that, they are just my job to suit me. it is not every day and obviously the job does come first, but where they can accommodate me, they will do and it just means i don't have to think about my mental health the same as i would do if they did not have that understanding with me. does that meana understanding with me. does that mean a time—out for what changes?m allows me to have a job where i can work on my own for a bit, to give me time to calm down, have a breather from having to interact with people, which is the bit i sometimes find difficult, so that having a time—out for a
