collins, do you have anything to add? you thought you would be able to leave without answering a question, but i'm going to try to remedy that. you mentioned the vessel calms it down. can you elaborate on that? how far down? you said you can't pinpoint the exact cause, but do you think there is a connection? i do think there is a connection although it is very hard to quantify. i know two weeks ago through the statistic report and on the mississippi river there were 157 vessel calls for that time of year compared to 2009. i also know that the port director or a suftant port director at the port of mobile estimated they were down by about 25%. those were the only two numbers that we have a handle on. i have seen things that i'm always careful and would assume that's correct and i've assumed grain companies in the midwest and maybe sending grain and rail cars to either east or west coast ports out of fear that the mississippi river would be closed. i'm not sure if that's accurate, but it was advertised by a grain consortium
