it happened this afternoon at columbus briefly blocking the cable car line.is is a few blocks from washington square park where back in august a fallen branch left a woman paralyzed. the city called that a freak accident. >>> surveillance cameras helped santa rosa police make several arrests. police say they received complaints of hundreds of people and cars gathering at the parking lot of the santa rosa marketplace friday night. police provided this picture captured last night by cameras they set up and they were able to arrest six people and towed two of those cars. >>> a 15-year-old boy is accused of a home invasion robbery in freemont and police say he and a second person are accused of robbery of a house. the suspects returned to the neighborhood two other times and on the third instance a group of neighbors got into a confrontation with one of the robbers. we talked with a witness who did not want to show his face on camera. >> our neighbors are pretty cool. they stalled him and he gave a story he was waiting for some asian girl that lived here, had a s

the ceremony happened on columbus parkway. a woman found the dogs in february. it was a horrific discovery. she said she found dozens of them in trash bags. the dogs reportedly suffered violent deaths. the event started with a blessing for the animals. mourners flew white kites representing the dogs and later laid them down where the dogs were found. >> we feel if we don't give voice to these dogs, they'll be forgotten, and this crime will go unpunished. >> the jamison animal rescue ranch offered a $10,000 reward for finding the person responsible for the killings. today, the nonprofit increased that reward to $15,000. >>> back open for the first time since a scary accident where a boy flew off a water slide. the wave water park in dublin reopened today. the water park held its grand opening a week ago, but a trip down one side didn't go as planned for one boy. the video you're about to see went viral captured by a photographer. the slide was closed after this happened, and it's still closed today. park officials say it and another slide are being investigated.
