columbus. i get it was the bumbling bees. every one of them is good rhetorically. john boehner wants to be the first u.s. house speaker from ohio since nicholas longworth. that's even before i can remember. he'srom our dayton area, so we have a special interest in congressman boehner. he's a very resilient pop tigs. some may remember he was in the house leadership when newt gingrich was speaker. he got dumped and then he made a really nice comeback and he's on the verge of becoming speaker if the republicans take over the house. >> well, let's take a look at the phone in ohio, specifically on this governor race between governor strickland and former congressman kasich. let's take a look. >> it's the revolving door between washington and wall street as congressman john kasich stepped right through. 18 years voting for big business, trade deals that shimmed our jobs overseas and give corporations billions. kasich's reward, a big job on wall street. kasich makes millions while wall street outsources our jobs using laws kasich passed to do it. now he says his wall street experience should make him governor. haven't we had enough of wall street and john kasich? >> ohio in this last year found itse

based in columbus, he provides research and sluges for the state's tough policy challenges, including economic freedom and competitiveness and job creation and entrepreneurship. mayor was a senior official at the department of homeland security security under tom ridge and his successor, michael shortoff, mayor and attorney, advised them on policy and operations and headed the terrorism preparedness office charged with initiatives for the demand of the most 9/11 environment. he wrote a book this 2009 called homeland security security and -- and federalism. he worked as a consultant. his clients ranged from international corporations to elected officials. he has also served as a professor at ohio state university. he really does have a -- a state perspective as he served previously as the deputy director of the colorado department of regulatory agencies under bill owens. please join me in welcoming matt mayor.
