and that was the fact that the judge in this case ordered combs to be held without bail, even as combsttorney suggested, a $50 million bond in this case. what do you make of that decision? and why do you believe the judge denied that request? >> so i think what the judge is saying here is that he does not feel that it's appropriate to release sean combs. obviously otherwise you allow for bail. so the question is why? and judges typically weigh a couple of factors. one of them is whether or not you might be a danger to your community, your release, even if you're on an ankle bracelet. another is if you're a flight risk. we know that sean combs, for instance, has a private plane. he said that he would sell that, but i think that would put him at increased risk of being a flight risk. the other is that, frankly, i think he could give up $50 million and still be okay, which is not true for the vast, vast majority of people. so i think that's what's happening when the judge is looking and also at the severity of the crimes being charged here. >> yeah. and then i want to talk a little bit ab
