before i ask for public comment, i want to ask if any of my fellow commissioners would like to add to this message? commissioners? commissioners stephenson? >> thank you for that, that was wonderful. i spent last week watching the tv and crying my way through outs, being elated, and overwhelmed and slightly embarrassed to be perfectly honest that it takes a bunch of kids to get out there and protest to get people to stand up and take note. but it also made me incredibly proud to be in san francisco specifically. this city consistently leads on this issue, and i think for those of you that don't know, one of the reasons i set up here , years ago i started a company that published a little tip every single day and told people how to be more environmentally friendly. things they could do in choices they could make that would be different. i think as time goes on it has become more and more obvious to all of us that while the small changes that people make will add up, they are not going to add up fast enough. the things that we have to do are going to be policies by both cities and countries around the world, and it is going to b
