partnership among the trust of public land. the san francisco parks alliance, a philip randolph point community, and the department. the initiative endeavors to build a park that is both spectacular and crucial healthunities, which have historically been underserved. the state coastal conservancy grant will suppo two of the initiative the construction of a new park at the 900 ennis property, which is owned by the city and under . that phase two was initiated in september of 2022. it's currently in construction, and the completion is anticipated for this summer, with um in summer of 2024. this property was previously a brownfielfield and is now being transformed into a world class park that will provide new public access to the shoreline and waterfront recreation for grant funded elements, um that were initiated in november 2023 are fun conservancy grant. these uh grant elements are consistent with the coastal conservancy's uh strategic pland for that reason the department proposes to request reimbursement for those expenditures. as ofg 2023. also um, the grant agreement was executed on december 28th, 2023. and thesem two actions are the reasons this legislation is retroactive. as part of phase on
