psychologists, and in some cases we also have a substance abuse support person from our csb, the community services board. and they are working together and communicating on the youth who've come to their attention and then strategizing on how they can best support that youth. now, of course, the school systems, they are limited in what they can offer in treatment. so, where programs like ours, as a nonprofit agency, come in is to make families and the community aware of what resources are there for them, so that they can seek effective treatment for youth. and going back to something gail was saying earlier, you were talking about how early aggressive behavior is a key thing to be aware of for young children, and we're really, at our organization, trying to bring attention to the fact that we want to start paying attention at that point, and bringing effective treatment and therapies to youth at that point, rather than waiting until later when there's a crisis that occurs. you know, the other issue that you mentioned, that you tried to get them treatment. well, we know for a fact that only about, i woul

community or provide breast cancer awareness services. as you maybe aware in 2010 at that time i was a relatively new member of the board of supervisors. supervisor ben do and i were approached by the lgbt community because of concerns that were raised because of the operation of this committee and this organization. in response to that, we asked the city comptroller ben rowsen field to perform an assessment of pride as an organization and the idea behind this assessment was to understand what the challenges were that were facing that organization so that we as a city could have a better understanding of how to better assist that organization. that the controllers office viewed all of pride's book and information and successful for providing the opportunity in a very open way. that assessment found that as sf pride had both 70s -- fiscal and govern nanz, a $25,000 deficit and no assets and despite hiring a fundraiser at the time their inability to meet those objectives. in terms of issues of governance, those included a board at the time that didn't fund raise nor saw the the organization and failed only 5 of it's 15 allowable positions

29, 2013 to the board of supervisors, outlines his intentions to continue these evidents to have programs and services and enhance cbo and collaborate with the members of the community. recommendation 1.4 enhance training for all ranch staff. we appreciate jpd as planning a course in the missouri model which is the rehabilitation approach for all ranch staff and partners and also to provide additional training for all those involved to enhance their qualification to serve this public. recommendation 2, develop tracking systems for post probationary use to provide data to evaluate programs at the ranch and after release in collaboration with the adult probation department. the jpd is funding an electronic case management system and will discuss data sharing with adult probation. the jury finds this to be a very positive step in evaluating the ethics of the services in the juvenile service system. we look forward to jpd collaboration with adult probation and we ask the board of supervisors to establish a time frame between these two departments as referred to in the response. recommendations three, fund a master plan to determine problematic capital requirements for a
