ganaderÍa y aves de corral segÚn datos del comisionado de agricultura de tulare >> en el valle central vuelvo con ustedes >> seguimos hablando del tiempo porque algunas comunidadesantienen las condiciones >> malas noticias para california, allÍ el gobernador en este estado de emergencia debido a que ya saturado el suelo por meses de lluvia continua que ha cambiado el panorama para california de sequÍa llora lluvias y se suma este nuevo sistema que el centro del mismo se encuentra todavÍa las costas. esto significa que tiene mucha energÍa y sigue trayendo mucha humedad, justamente a lo que el valle central, recuerde que la nieve acumulada se estÁ desde llegando en algunos lugares y nuevamente se vierte rÁpidamente sobre lo que es valle central, valle de sacramento por lo tanto para todas las personas que se dedican a la agricultura, es una situaciÓn muy difÍcil >> vÁmonos ya al Área especialmente por la 101, por allÍ estÁ el rÍo salinas cerca de monterrey, estÁ lloviendo al momento, se espera que suba los niveles no en una zona de inundaciÓn pero de igual manera recuerde el suelo estÁ saturado toda esa regiÓn de salinas todavÍa tiene conflicto con las inundacione

estamos hablando de comunidades altamente afectadas por la como el valle central también el sur del estado monterrey, santa cruz y san benito y también áreas como estas estamos en el sur de santa clara donde hay campos como este de cultivo que quedaron inundados haces días y pueden ser trabajados y que está afectando cientos de agricultura este registrado lluvias constantes desde fines de febrero de altura los videos atmosféricos desataron la tragedia varios lugares, el 2 de marzo fallecieron dos personas y en septiembre de reportaron deslaves y evacuaciones y también un sistema por poderoso viento de 70 millas por hora azotó la costa el 21 de marzo, también se acumuló una gran cantidad de nieve en la sierra nevada y hubo miles de hogares sin electricidad, por esta razón california invirtió más de 60.000.000 $ y a partir del 28 de marzo el estado pidió ayuda federal. >> el departamento estatal de vicios humanos indica que debido a los fondos federales pueden ser únicamente dirigidos a ciudadanos y residentes legales del estado buscará programas para el apoyo a las comunidades de inmigrante
