thomas is live in concord with details on this.homas. >> tl dan this is the note that the family distributed through all the neighbors throughout the neighborhood. it wrns of dog being poisoned. now they sent this out just after the 2 dog had been poisoned and killed. now apparently the family told concord police that someone, a neighbor had been sending them threatening letters about their dog for the past year. earlier this week police arrested the nain neighbor they suspect of sending the threatening letters and ultimately poisoning their 2 dogs. the family that lives on martin court lost the 2 dog to poison meat ball early this month. the family gave the notice to all the neighbors two days ago. the note warns dog are being poisoned in the neighborhood. concord police would not comment on camera but wednesday they arrested 72-year-old earl ainsley who lives from this house. his house back up on the home that matt lives in. matt walked us through this is back yard fence. this is where he believes ainsley accessed the yard. poiso
