this happened yesterday afternoon about 4:00 on kirkwood drive in concord.ls say the man tried to put out a fire in a neighbors kitchen and he used five different fire extinguishers he found by running around the apartment complex. he collapsed just as first responders got there and the officers and firefighters used a defibrillator to restart his heart. that man is in the hospital listed in stable condition. >>> finding a parking spot in san francisco can be challenging as most of us know. but the city is hoping to change that. according to the chronicle there are concerns about the city's permit program. now the program was created back in the 1970s. people get permits they can park in certain areas near their homes without worrying about being ticketed or towed. the idea is to keep neighborhoods from turning into parking lots. some say the program has created conflict and inconvenience for visitors. the agency plans to take a closer look at the program. those recommendations are expected to be presented this fall. >>> so far seven of san francisco's 11 su
