and this temperature in concord is really mirroring a lot of those inland valleys. so it's going to be very similar. slow drop off here tonight across a lot of the inland valleys will be in the 90s here through the 7:00 hour 88 and 9:00. but we should get to some 70s here by 1011. and also for midnight san francisco. we are starting to see that all important sea breeze beginning to pick up 79 degrees, right now. but that wind it's cranking out of the west northwest at 18mph. so that's why we think at this point we should get down to some 60s here as we head through eight and also 9:00. so some relief thankfully on the way for you. so for tomorrow, what's going to happen is that hottest air is moving way off towards the east. we'll see this small area of low pressure develop near the coastline. so that's going to help to get some fog going back at the coastline. but there's also a second area of low pressure with some cooler air well out in the pacific. now eventually we think the way things are going to be going with this one, it's going to hitch a ride on the storm

police are investigating a deadly hit and run in the city of concord. this crash happened tonight, 745, at. officials say one person was hit a car a dieat the scene. so far, no arrests have been made, but police say everyone voed was detained and being questioned. police are still on scene, working to determine everyone's involvement in the crash. >> a vigil was held for the victim of a shooting that occurred on september 2nd. 22 year old ramiro reyes was killed on hillside street in oakland. his family honored his life at a vigil last night at the same place he was killed. his family says he leaves behind a two year old daughter. police say it's shotspotter system detected gunfire just after 4:00 that morning. officers arrived to find one victim with gunshot wounds. ramiro reyes died at the scene, and a 23 year old, salvador figueroa, was charged with his murder. investigators have not publicly released a motive for the shooting. >> new at 11. 17 people have been arrested in connection to an organized retail crime operation in san francisco's ingleside
