concord and livermore this morning, 46 in san jose, as you can see there with the overcast conditions we'll take you over to the golden gate bridge, where you got the fog and 52 degrees and another stop for you we'll be looking at places like concord and livermore, there you see less than a half mile visibility also into oakland we're seeing the visibility at times reduced, not too bad in the south bay. another foggy start to the day, and we're going to have to watch for day two of three days of these king tides, another high tide coming up later on this morning. the highest that we'll see with this stretch of king tides close to about seven feet at ocean beach there at about 9:57 in the morning. watch out for unusual rip currents and localized flooding along the inner bay and coast as the king tides continue. another one coming up for tomorrow morning. later this week the weather will turn interesting as high pressure starts to strengthen. we've got some warm days ahead and high pressure strengthening to the point we could be breaking some records as winds turn offshore later this we
