we do need to check the congressional record. and we work very hard to redact any pii that might appear there. i think even congress is being more circumspect about that stuff going forward. our biggest problem is stuff that exists in a tangible form, so printed paper, that was printed historically, 20, 30 years ago or even a lot longer. and what we're running into are two issues there. one is, as we're trying to digitize that information, so we're taking committee hearings from the '70s or '80s and trying to digitize those and put them on gov.info. there, both our contractor and our library team are looking at those documents. where we see or catch pii, we're redacting that from the digital copies that go online. when it comes to those paper documents, we simply don't have the capacity to literally travel the world, to find every copy of the congressional record from the late 1800s forward, check those volumes for pii, and redact them. so we are in some respects reliant on our partners, the federal depository libraries and a lot
