and for me as a congressional scholar in the congressional history these are red flag fire alarm moments. this is not something that happens in this congress. democrats and republicans do not work together to bring bills to the floor. there is a notion the partisan team works together to bring bills to the floor for what happeneded passes on the floor substances is a bipartisan deal or whatever it may be. those coalitions change. the mechanisms to bring bill to the floor to make the house operate for example, those were always partisan and have it for decades. when you start to see democrats and republicans working together to facilitate the basic operation of the house of representatives, everyone pause, everyone stop this is a radical change in the way the houses operated in the last 30 or 40 years. it is indicative of the type of a breakdown to see within the republican majority. republican majority is very, very fractured. it's fractured in a new way. the weight we are trying to get a handle on. typically look at congressional majorities they are fractured along regional lines youjo
