this is the connecticut we must strive for. over the coming weeks, i will begin a dialogue on how best to face these challenges head on. i will come back to you next month with more details, but in the meantime i want to offer two ideas as a good place to start. first, we should ensure that our efforts are comprehensive in their size, their scope, and their geography. that means widening i-95 statewide and fixing its entrance and exit ramps.
