asian community assembly member phil ting in san francisco supervisor connie chan today announcing $6.5 billion in state funding for richmond area multi services or rams, as it's called, says the funding will help the nonprofit acquire a permanent space to centralize its outpatient clinic there on balboa street and its wellness centers into one location. and then $6.5 million will help. um rams. secure consolidate their buildings to consolidate their operations, which is up and down this block into hopefully one site that they could use and to be able to purchase that site was founded in san francisco's richmond district. back in 1970, for it provides behavioral, health, social, vocational and educational help with expertise and serving the asian and russian speaking communities. well, it is a big weekend ahead in san francisco for the lunar new year celebrations. tomorrow is the big parade, but there are still some other events happening tonight. featured tonight. the featured event is the miss chinatown, usa pageant and coronation ball. several titles are presented during the pageant.
