murry and that was conrad murry who did it.victed of involuntary manslaughter in 2011. i always find it fascinating and frustrating when you relitigate everything you saw in the criminal case but it's crucial to have the details. what sort of details do we expect to come out on the stand today. >> reporter: well, the first witness that you just mentioned that we're expecting on the stand is going to be dan anderson. he's the toxicologist in the l.a. county coroners. this is very much like conrad murry's criminal trial 2.0 except the difference here is this is a civil case and in a civil case we get more of those details and it is those details, exactly what kind of drugs were found in jackson's system, what level, that's playing front and center in this case as the jackson family tries to establish it was aeg live pulling the strings. all of these little details that your talking about that can be a bit frustrating because it sounds a bit familiar, it's those details and the devil is always in the details, that could prove whet
