this is the westbound side between the conshohocken curve and the conshohocken exit.lled up on the scene. we've been seeing smoke coming from that vehicle which is never the greatest thing. and there's debris all over the roadway kind of right in between the two lanes there. so, westbound traffic already a solid line, barely moving the whole way from the roosevelt boulevard out to this accident scene past the conshohocken curve. you're looking at speeds like 15 miles per hour there by city avenue where it would normally be jammed but it is a solid line now from the boulevard on out to that accident scene and of course we'll keep watching it. i also wants you to expect some bumpy conditions along the kelly drive where they have been doing that milling work as well as north broad street north of the vine street expressway. because of the overnight construction, the milling things are going to be a little bit bumpy. we've had some dusts, some dry wall along the ramp from the vine eastbound to 95 northbound. so that,, too has been slowing us down. 95 southbound already pl
