police say the suspect targeted several private and public bay area schools in alameda, contra costa and marin counties in the south bay. a 38 year-old homeless man was arrested after police say he exposed himself to 2 teenagers. the los altos police department says it happened at 9 yesterday morning. well, the teens were sitting on a bench near san antonio road and and avenue. according to police, the man identified as alan romero exposed himself and made advances towards the teenagers. the teenagers called police and romero was then arrested the san jose police department arrested this man for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting a child police say 36 year-old angel vazquez was arrested earlier this week booked into the santa clara county jail for multiple felony crimes. police said he also robbed the child during the assault. and the north bay a boil water. notice has been canceled after it affected. a large portion of healdsburg. the sonoma county health department and the city's water department issued that alert wednesday afternoon when a water main broke at a construct
