two attacks within minutes in contra costa county.eputies are trying to figure out if they are related. the first attack happened last thursday night when a man was found unresponsive in the street in bay point. he later died. ten minutes later an assault with a deadly weapon nearby. the victim of that attack survived. authorities have now arrested a 20-year-old antioch man and a 24-year-old bay point man. both are charged with assault with a deadly weapon, felony battery and conspiracy....
