we have another fire burning let's switch over to the scenic fire that's what's burning in contra costa county, temperature stands at 86, the humidity is lower than 30% and the winds are stronger, southwest at 50 miles an hour, gusting to 20. we will keep an eye on the conditions around the fires and we are just getting started with the fire season, we could see more fire starting in other parts of the state but fortunately not cloud to ground lightning as we saw yesterday with over 21,000 cloud to ground lightning strikes across the state. the activity has been in nevada but building further down into the sierra. high-pressure rebuilding as we head toward the end of the work week which means a weather pattern is producing the weather. we will be back to normal june weather pattern as we finish out the week. temperature is at 64 downtown, 75 in oakland but 96 degrees in concord, and pretty close to that here in pleasanton at the alameda county fairgrounds. the fog will spread inland as we head through tonight but it'll dissipate, back up toward the coast as we head towards midday tomorrow and
