i'm bertha coombs from cnbc. we've got wall street looking like it's going to start a bit in the red for the week, coming off of a losing week last week where the nasdaq led the way, down nearly 4% as tech stocks came under pressure from rising interest rates on u.s. treasury bonds. inflation is going to be the big deal this week front and center with data on consumer prices due out tomorrow and then we get the producer wholesale prices on wednesday. and then wednesday marks the beginning of earnings season, with dow component jpmorgan chase starting us off. meantime, prices at the pump have eased back a bit. the average price has dropped about 10 cents nationwide in the past two weeks to $4.27 a gallon, as oil prices continue to fluctuate. in the bay area gas is averaging about $5.83 a gallon, which is down 7 cents from a week ago. analysts say the moves can be chalked up partly to lower demand during the second half of march. gas prices are still more than a buck 30 higher than this time last year. this time la
