on a land investigation you corder it off. when you're doing a recovery effort t from the sea it's very easy to damage critical evidence that could tell us why this happened, what happened. so they have to be extremely careful, plus they're going three miles down. it's like looking down from an airplane that you're in and saying that's where we're getting this thing out of the ground. that's how far we are. >> i want to also get both of your takes on the following, that the malaysian cabinet announced they agreed to set up and in their words an international investigation team. and the investigation team will include three groups, airworthiness group, medical and human factor group. what does this tell you, mary? >> well, this is very similar to what's said up in the united states by the ntsb. in fact, we set up far more committees than that. and the way we deal with an investigation of an air crash is anybody who can potentially have played a role in it, you know, boeing, the airline, air traffic control, they are partys to t
