so when the flooding occurred there was an electrical cord from the dehumidifier under the water.lled and called and could not get through to anyone for hours. i eventually reach the corporate office and told them of the emergent need for maintenance assistance and that there was a live electrical cord running in the flooded basement. they told me i could go shut off the electricity. to do that io would have to wade through the water. they told me iha could do that or just wait. essentially risk your life or just wait and hopefully the water goes away. finally they did send someone out one week later and all they did at that point most of the water had dissipated and all that person did was put another dehumidifier down there. there was no action taken to help prevent the flooding such as fixing some of the basement walls and putting gutters on the house which i did and everything is a fight and it always has been. i talk to other renters who had worse issues than i feel that i had and it is aan constant battle as only he can get through. so my understanding is in january of 2028
