corey feldman, the long time friend of corey haim is here tonight. they co-starred in several movies including "the lost boys" and "license to drive." they teamed up in the a & e reality series "the two coreys. they were both on this show together in july of 2007. corey haim passed away earlier today. how did you get the news? >> it was pretty terrible, larry, as these things always are. i was in bed. it was 8:00 this morning. my son had gone off to school. my assistant comes in early and takes him to school. she took him early because she knew what was going on. >> larry: she did and you didn't? >> right. everybody knew because it happened so early in morning and i'm not an early riser. i woke up to my door being pounded on. it was my sister's voice. i need to talk to you right away. it is an emergency. are you decent? i said, yeah, come in. her and my brother came in. they said something about my son. i popped up and said what is wrong. they said, no. it is corey haim. he's gone. >> larry: was he your best friend? >> yes. >> larry: how did you meet

you're holding corey. corey's fighting you.uis' body go. >> correct. >> larry: that had to be hard. >> yeah. up to that point that was definitely the most difficult decision i had to make because i knew at that point me and will had kind of spoken about it a few times that marquis had passed in my arms. >> larry: how long after did corey go? >> larry: after i released marquis it was roughly, i'd say, a half hour, 40 minutes or so. yeah, you know, had to make the decision to let marquis go because corey kept trying to get away as well. yeah, it was roughly 40 minutes afterwards. >> larry: how would you describe, nick, your condition at that minute? >> well, at that point i was up on the boat. once again, i had my jacket on. so i was very lucky. you know, as bad as it sounds, the four of us were fighting so much with the waves and, you know, i was holding on to marquis and corey, so i was able to kind of create some kind of body heat. at that point i was definitely coherent. it didn't help that i was sick and been throwing up all

. >> my name is corey. i am with george mason school of law, first year student. and mr. shapiro shared with us his realistically predicted split outcome indicates that i was one and the other panelists would weigh in on what they think the split will be in this case at the end? >> tim, do you have a sense of the matter? >> as far as the issue of the slaughterhouse case is concerned, i think that most of the justices have expressed at least some discomfort with that decision. the signs versus roe case which was written by justice stevens and the majority in that case didn't really say one way or another, but seems to regard a slaughterhouse as questionable. of course, the dissent by justice thomas was very powerful to call for slaughterhouse to be overruled. the real concern for me is that the court might try to take an easy way out and incorporate gun rights under the due process clause. the reason why that's a serious problem is that you can always use that excuse to perpetuate legal error. suppose that the supreme court were to say the first amendment doesn't guarantee
