so we heard from representative cori bush.of its own members. how would you apply your model of promoting workplace equity to someplace like congress? does it even translate? >> i think it does. i think, you know, a fundamental mistake that lots of organizations make and even a large legislative body like congress is jumping too quickly to solutions or strategies without first deeply considering the problem. so in my model, which i call press, there are five stages to sort of making profound and sustainable change around racial equity. the first is problem awareness. is there a problem? and that's a big question when it comes to racism because there's still a segment of the population that doesn't believe that anti-black racism or racism against people of color in general is a real thing. the next step is root cause analysis. do we know what the source of the racism is if we assume that it exists? too many people want to attribute racism to a few bad apples or, you know, rotten actors. it's actually more systemic than that, an
