my name is corine woods. i'm a neighbor of ccac. they're two blocks from me and i am chair of the mission bay ccac which unanimously endorses the support for the sud. we have worked with ccac for many years. they were active when we were going through the eastern neighborhood rezoning. they let us use their facilities for meetings. they were very involved in a lot of the issues that we're talking about including channel street and hooper street changes. in fact the 100 hoover street project which is across the street from them is going to be coordinating with them for a green street project so they're great neighbors much we are looking forward to the expansion and i hope you will support it. thank you. >> thank you very much. is there any additional public comment on item four? seeing none public comment is closed. supervisor cohen you provided several technical amendments. >> actually just one. >> just the one. okay. >> one so i would like to motion that we amend the ordinance and strike the assessor block number 3912 to reflect a

. >> good afternoon, supervisors, my name is corin woods, i am co-chair of the port central water front advisory group as well as chair of the mission bay cac and so this project and mission bay has taken a lot of my energy over the last god knows how many years. >> and the sea wall supports the 337 project. some of the things that we like about it are the parks and open space. and the block sizes, which are, thank god, that are the mission bay. and the connections of the bay, and the variety of heights which we would like to see will get, i am sure that we will get into a lot more detail. i am not sure that there is universal support for the kind of heights and the kind of development total square footage that the giants would like to see. but, it is an ongoing negotiation. we talked about families. one of of the things that we asked the giant its look at since they have got this park in the middle with no streets in the way, look at child care as an opportunity. because they are very few places where you don't have to cross the street. to get to a child care. >> we like the mix of use

. >> good afternoon, my name is corine woods and i am co-chair of the central water front advisory group and we have been working on pier 70 for it has got to be 15 more years we are pleased to see the city proposal and i would like to see more density too. because i think that it is a great place for it. and i hope that you can persuade the pec to move towards separation of sewer and strong water. and when we were planning mission bay, we had separated storm water treatment so that we didn't have an impact on the south east treatment plant. and that is even more important as we add more and more density of the 7 water front and so we are hoping that the pec can be pushed kicking and screaming into separation of storm water and sewer. thank you. >> michael teriets. >> commissioners, san francisco building and construction trades council. we have a history of working very well with forest city and they with us. and in an agreement that the complex project not of this scale but the project that came in time under budget and they also have a history on that same project of doing very well o
