corinne redman has the details. >> if you're using a bank of america atm card to get cash, you won't see any new fees but beginning january $5 any month when they make one purchase with a debit card. and bank of america has 57 million customers with 20,000 atms and the bank will just announce that it is adding the new fee. and it is expected to generate billions in profits for the bank. bank of america says it has to compensate for a new federally mandated cap on processing for debit card transactions. many customers at this point are frustratedded and will look to switch banks. >> it is a safer form of the transaction. and it is more secure. i don't have to worry about losing money. >> this creates another fee. this automatically comes with the service. >> and this fee is not new. for most banks, sun terrorist has already a $5 -- cun trust has already a $5 and wells fargo has $3 a month in some states. >>> now bank of america is keeping up with the joneses with the fees. we want to know what you think about this. go to the facebook page, the official wmar facebook page. let us know.
