reporter: in oakland, cornell barnard, abc7 news. our other top story, the showers that moved back into the bay area today, there you see it in belmont, raining and cooling up on the roads. spencer christian joins us now. and this is just the beginning? spencer: the beginning of another string of wet-weather days. as you pointed out, we just had showers. now we have study downpours. if you look at live doppler seven meaning on the east bay in reaching down to the south bay and part of the peninsula, still getting a downpour. the storm ranks level one on the exclusive abc7 impact scale. we can expect more times of showers that the rain will taper off, too tense to five tons of an inch of rainfall and snow levels down to 3000 feet. we expect the storms to sweep out of the bay area by 11:00 tonight, giving us a break. but early tomorrow morning, another cold winter storm is coming in. it may also produce snow in the hills. i will have a look at that and the accuweather 7-day forecast coming up later. dion: sounds good, spencer. thanks.
