i want to talk about the county of cornwall. a county in the far southwest of england.county voted overwhelmingly to leave. there you see it there in the corner. the curious thing, they voted to leave but they're a very poor county and the european union actually sends it money for roads and schools. so the people who benefitted most from the eu also voted to leave the eu. and i bring it up because people often vote counter to their economic interests. case in point is mississippi and alabama. they are definitely red states, but they actually take in more federal funding than they send out. it doesn't make logical sense they would vote -- >> do you think they didn't become better educated? >> i think people vote with their e moses and i can't speak for people in county cornwall, i think people vote with their e moses and not necessarily with their economic best interest. >> right. it depend on the drive and ideology. what is most important and it's not necessarily economic people vote against things -- >> in the county cornwall you're talking about schools, you're talki
