talk remains quite positive in new york city it sort of still lacks the detail for an eager press corps and a very expectant global audience. absolutely very little detail at all but the fact that the talks are happening there is this in gage meant that this very high level i think that will be taken as an encouraging sign especially here in south korea where this policy of engagement first began all those long months ago you do get the sense pompei oh they're saying they're trying to overcome decades of mistrust but you get the sense that these two pompei zero and kim if they are going to have a breakthrough it will be with their dialogue their discussions these are men who very much stand in their bosses shoes they seem to have the full confidence of their leaders and can lay out their country's positions and they go see a those positions we can only guess at what the possible stumbling blocks are but we can assume that there will be problems over the definition of denuclearization the pace of the process of denuclearization and then of course as far as the north koreans are concerned
