cory: you talk about the facilities yahoo! has not had -- money, theding that operating expenses are going to go up and profitability is even more difficult. the future of existing business will be less profitable. will there be a bad yahoo! created? is that a possibility? cory: it's hard to imagine a substantial financial liability. it happened in 2013. whatever bad things were going to happen has probably already happened in their financial liability is probably not great. andr users, higher expenses a damaged brand means the future of this business is going to be less profitable, going to have more in the middle in terms of expenses and the brand itself, it will be harder to grow that topline. does yahoo! have any kind of defense before -- four verizon? all: i think the bigger issue is when did you know this and did you not disclose this properly? that was a concern for the first hack here. the first hack looks like yahoo! new about it and did not disclose it during the investigation and that ticked off verizon. paul: this
