senators cory gardner and michael bennet say they are frustrated with how slowly the environmental protection agency has moved in the recovery process since the gold king mine spill. gardner says six months later and the colorado delegation is still waiting for answers. senator cory gardner: "we've found their responses to be lacking. i don't know that we've received but maybe one response to acknowledge that they haven't responded to many other letters that we have sent." senator bennet says the local communities and businesses are still waiting on restitution from the epa.
