this was the scene outside the contra costa county jail this morning. investigators say 35-year-old chrissy had just been released from jail for throwing rocks at cars. when she began smashing the windows of cars parked in the jail parking lot. saying she wanted to stay in jail. >> i'm a bail bondsman. every year, there's a handful of clients that kind of do this. they need shelter, so they get in trouble or they get a drunk in public so they're in jail for a night or two. >> while it's unclear hot the suspect's motive for wanting to remain behind bars is, the sheriff's department says this is the second time she's damaged cars claiming she wants to be jailed. >> it's unfortunate, but it's not surprising. >> david, executive director at loaves and fishes, which provides meals to those in need, says there simply aren't enough beds, mental health or substance abuse programmed in contra costa county. last week, two homeless men froze to death in walnut creek. >> there's not always enough beds. we have to do a better job. >> stacey is only imagine what the
