police say he is 46-year-old robert costanzo. yesterday he pled guilty to a 2004 home invasion in connecticut. nypd detectives believe he may be responsible for more than 100 break-ins in staten island, mainly in the high mainly in the more affluent areas. one homeowner in 2007 described an encounter with a robber dressed in black carrying nunchakus. residents hired private security an attempt to stop the crime spree but he kept getting away until now. officials had officially said a group of albanian and macedonian nationals were responsible, now it appears they were not connected. police in connecticut were able to get a break in the case when thom say costanzo used his cell phone to make a call from the crime scene and they were able to track that call to find out what number it he confessed to that crime yesterday and will be on staten island this morning to face charges in some of these many robbery ies that occurred over the last decade. back to you. >> people have been waiting years for this. jen, thank you. >>> brooklyn p
