still in parts of atlantic county and about to move into cape may county. and then on the back side, spottylingering. but moving through harrisburg and the berks county, it's starting to thin out and we'll see mostly sunny conditions by this afternoon. there is a look at the back end of the rain. not as heavy as it was. trenton down to washington township. little breaks and then you get the heaviest rain along the shore. so as we go through parts of atlantic county to corbin city, clipping into that tip of cumberland county and then moving into parts of cape may county here in the next half hour or so. and there is the heaviest starting to move offshore. remember i said ship bottom you'd be in the clear soon enough? there you go, starting to clear out. so things are look better than they were. right now our temperatures pretty comfortable actually. upper 60s for philadelphia, 66 for pottstown. and low 70s in dover. also now low 70s atlantic city. as we get in to the afternoon, temperatures will rebound into the upper 70s and low 80s. but still below average

take a closer look into philadelphia county, half the county just seeing clouds. and more steady rain is through parts of bensalem down to moorestown and all the way to deptford. so that is the back edge line moving out of pennsylvania. we go farther south, millsville to laurel lake, still a very heavy rain falling here and that also is moving to the east. so that will be moving into parts of atlantic and cape may county soon enough. and farther to the north, woodland to toms river and ship bottom all still seeing heavy rain. but this is moving offshore as well. i think by 8:00 a.m. or so, most of us are just going to have maybe a lingering shower at best drying out just in time for you to get out this morning. our temperatures, most of us in the upper 60s, allentown you're at 68, philadelphia the same. look at atlantic city where the heaviest rains only just starting to move in, still in the 70s. i think that will probably drop off a bit. and then it will boost back. afternoon hours, we're talking 80s, very nice and low humidity. more on how long that comfort las

you can see these cells over salem county and camden county. they are mostly moving to the east. this cluster that's broken off that's moving northeast. and that has now moved over philadelphia. when you see the deeper reds, that's where you get 2 to 3 inches of rain falling per hour. even a half hour means you're get iting ab inch in some spots. still lightning coming down. firesed across the region because of the lightning we have seen today. here's a look at the heaviest rain moving over south philadelphia. we already had flood iing conces near the bridge. more heavy rain coming through. that tracks across cherry hill. let's track this out. it's moving at 20 miles an hour. it's moving to the northeast. starting to make its way through as it tracks along to the northeast. these are not the only areas getting rain. you go a little farther to the north and see some of the deeper yellows. that means a little heavier rain. a steady rain in berks county. but no longer thunderstorm concerns. no severe thunderstorms on the right now. only goes south, we see the pocket of rain just to

this is for parts of central prince william county central and southern parts of the county. national weather service, they have not cancelled this tornado warning. if they thought that the threat for tornado was over, they would cancel the warning. they're not going to hang on to the warning unless they think there's still potentially a tornado out there. again, i want to zoom into this area right here. i'm going to throw the radar back on. i'm also going to do something where i hit our storm tracks. this is going to let us -- the -- also continuing to notice this area of very heavy rain fall likely some hail right around here and 66, as well. let me zoom on into this area and show you exactly where thi this is back to the west of at mother land drive, bifrly mill drive just north of 55. you can see that over to the east around rider cup drive and in that area likely picking up some impressive hail right now. let me take off the radar here and show you the latest. again, this is a tornado warning, but when i throw on the radar and i then add our storm track on see where our

loudoun county, stretching across the river there, darnstown into western sections of montgomery county. over jump that into howard county up towards baltimore. right now, the only thing severe on the map is way up in northern baltimore county and har ford county where the most intense part of this line is. and notice the movement is to the east and to the northeast. good thing they're moving quite rapidly here. so at least right now, i don't see any big problems with flash flooding, that could change, we still have the front to the west of us. and around that front, there's still that possibility of more thunderstorms developing. strong, even severe possible. leesburg heavy rain, see this line, this is a fine line coming out of the storm. cool air coming down from that. that will probably develop a little bit more thunderstorm activity as well over the next 30 to 45 listen, these are producing very heavy rain and right now, that's the big problem. rain is falling out of some of these cells up over three inches per hour. there are cells over an inch per hour and towards columbia more th
