it's delaware county, chester county, montgomery county, and bucks county.r. delaware county, where we have a little bit of -- can show you right now, core democratic county. this is a little bit more racially diverse. you can see biden won this by 26 points. it's just about running up a number for democrats in delaware county, as is the case in chester county. now, chester county, again, this fits that profile we talk about. high concentration of college degrees. you know, higher income. there's no county in pennsylvania in the trump era that has become more democratic to the degree that chester county has. so, as you start to look at the results come in here tonight, it will be a while, see what biden got here? 58%. maybe set a benchmark in your head of 60%. can harris break 60% in chester? because what's happening in pennsylvania, and this is going to be a theme in the two other northern tier battleground states, what's happening in pennsylvania is, the democratic base is geographically contracting. trump came along in 2016, and he started to run up massi

the counties are oakland county, the big, suburban county. high income, high concentration of college degrees, democratic growth area. so we have oakland county in right now, and harris wins by about 10.5 pointings. that's down from what joe biden was able to do in oakland county in 2020. he won it by 14. it comes down by about 3.5 points. now, we said at the start of the night, the test would be oakland, the margin democrats get out of oakland county, would it vastly exceed the margin trump gets out of macombe county or would it basically be canceled out by macombe county. that's what happened when donald trump won the state in 2016. so 81,000 votes, with oakland in, that's the margin that harris gets out of oakland. now look in macombe county, still more to come, but donald trump is winning this currently by almost 70,000 votes with more to come. so the possibility exists here, the very distinct possibility exists here that donald trump's margin out of macomb county, there's an extreme likelihood it won't almost cancel out oakland county, i

liberty county, this is a world democratic county.ck farmer there where he broke for harris. she is at 59% in liberty county. where is that? that is where hillary clinton was, that's not where the democrats want her to be. it is a smaller county, but that is a place where they need to get closer to biden's numbers if they are going to win the state of georgia. let's look and another county where democrats see something more that they like. this is douglas county, suburban and -- suburban, atlanta. where they are now versus where they were in 2016, this is where, for the moment, harris is outperforming joe biden in the suburban county. the big difference here, this is 40,000 votes. many more votes here, in those rural counties like liberty. 80% of the vote is in. this is a place democrats like to see this kind of change. let's take a look at what else is going on in other states. pennsylvania, more results. it is only 13%. but we are starting to see this even out a little bit, as some of trump areas are coming in. i want to take a look

unlike most wisconsin counties they did not do it by smart small margin only 292 votes in door countyjoe biden usually what we see them wisconsin counties their deep red blue. in fact, in door county is a sliver of land that separates green bay from michigan. the reason to swing counties because of the diverse population for the economy is driven by tourism, ship building, manufacturing whole lot of retirees. as a result you have a melting pot of political ideals you have a lot of people who can still sit down and have a pint or couplet, a cup of coffee together and get along. >> people here are open-minded enough that you can have a conversation with it. napa county out towards solano county and yolo county could see those wind speeds over 50mph at times into early wednesday. then the wind speeds. they do relax on thursday. so even though we're talking about the peak of this wind after sundown tomorrow, after polls close around the bay area midnight to about 5 a.m. wednesday, i think the red flag warnings will likely expire by wednesday night, as those wind speeds start to back off, they'll take some time to back off in the north bay. could still see some breezy conditions on into wednesday night. now after that, we lose the offshore wind and we do have a chance of seeing some showers here. and given how dry conditions will be through the middle part of the week, that's actually a welcome sight. right now. it doesn't look like much is going to be areas south of san francisco. there's one chance on saturday and maybe another chance as we head into monday. we'll try to fine tune that as we get closer to the weekend, but for now, all eyes on that wind. red flag warning 11 a.m. tomorrow for all bay area counties. wind gusts could be stron
