valley road out towards oakley. it is wet and in the south bay. watch out for the rain from alum rock across san jose. story road , evergreen, coyote road. it is going to be a slow going ride tonight. we do have a coastal flood advisory. that is in effect right now until friday morning for the monterey bay for the bay area, it begins at 10 a.m. tomorrow until 1 p.m. thursday. the high tide will be peaking tomorrow, just before noon between seven and just over seven feet. which is why minor, low lying flooding is expected there. the storm is moving in across northern and central california. we are seeing snow in the highest elevations here in the bay area. we're still seeing those scattered showers and that's what's going to continue through late tonight. 9 p.m. you're still seeing that wet weather. 11 p.m. we're looking at some wet spots across the region. winds have been gusty. not as strong as earlier, but 31 miles an hour. atlas peak right now 30 oakland hills. and as we look at our storm impact scale, it's a level one through tonight. showers, gusty winds, slippery roads and low visibility. a high surf warning goes up early tomorrow
