craig skalar is live with more. >>craig: gas prices are higher than they were a year ago for one piece of information is it has gone down in the last week or two. >> it is interesting. things have stabilized but ec prices start to go up during the holidays. at think everyone has just accepted they bring in prices of, people complain, then we start to accept it after a while. >> one piece of bad news, if you have these all, this is the price, $4.29. that is a lot higher than for regular gas. prices are up around the country and around the world. prices are not as high as people thought there would be. later in the winter, expect prices to go of. >>justine: law all taxpayers have paid 13 million in police overtime and other services to purify new york has paid nearly 7 million in police overtime. the overall budget is 4.5 billion. the second city is right here in the bay area. 2.4 million in police overtime, portland, just over 1 million. that includes an estimated $450,000 in police overtime. we also have new details
