i agree with mayor craig on reciprocity.y of licensing, but also of care. it does make sense that since we aren't the only ones facing a shortage on mental health providers that people can rely across state lines for that. i would love to leverage our community colleges in the university system when it comes to scholarships, loan forgiveness, if you work in new hampshire for five years and mental health because without providers, even with those acute beds, if we put resources in it, we still need more mental health providers. that's something we need to work together on for the state as a whole to include our mental health system. i worked on the system across party lines on issues like mental health first aid to make sure we were getting that kind of training. not only through for mental health providers but in our school so that those early warning signs we could get people to help they needed. >> let's stick with health care and primary care and access to that. in rural parts of the state is a challenge. primary care is
