craig herrera will have a look at the forecast. let's start off with monty francis, where the rain is creating serious issues on the roadways. hello monte. >> the rain has been come down pretty hard here for the past couple of hours. there is flooding on i-280, right behind me you're looking at the southbound lanes of i-280, we're just north of the ceasar chavez street exit. at one point this afternoon, the highway patrol says there was six inches of water in the far left lane. crews are making repairs to a drain. it looks like that water has receded during the last hour. chp is running traffic brakes. they are happening on highway 101 in san francisco. where more flooding has been reported. there have been a few traffic collisions here in the city as well. a short time ago we talked to a driver who hydroplaned on 280. the car was damaged but thankfully he was not hurt. >> there was nobody in front of me and i hit the puddle. once i hit the puddle i hit my brakes and it kind of locked. when it locked i just hit and just actually ju
