craig: i think the earliest we would see it would be second quarter 2022.ng what we believe is trucking rates have peaked simply because a lot of shippers have locked in capacity, so we are not seeing the acceleration in spots rates, but we are seeing contact rates continuing to accelerate upwards. at some point you start to see spots rates, it is really a sign that we are seeing shippers refigure how they are managing capacity. guy: where are the bottlenecks right now? is it rigs, fuel, drivers? what is going on? craig: fuel is certainly a cost constraint, but the two big constraints are drivers and the ability for fleets to add trucks because the oem's are not able to produce the trucks at the speed at which they historically have. their order books are full. a lot of the oems aren't taking orders from fleets. they are pushing those orders up by as much as 12 to 18 months. even the largest fleets which tend to get standing orders are not able to get those. guy: just to jump in, that is a direct result of the chip shortage we are seeing at the moment. that

that is a big guess for me, craig. i think that where we are going to be is where i hope we will be is the excitement about space exploration continues and we will steadyfastly continue to support the incredible work that governments do in space exploration because this is very clearly and rightfully built on work that was from 1961 on in terms of getting humans in space so we are able to have the confidence in blue origin and what they do because a lot of the big heavy lifting was already done. commercial industry brings a wealth of engineering and innovation to move things forward. so i hope what we are doing is we will see this a continued process where it's not -- we haven't sort of that it's only commercial, it's only private industry, but we continue to support the work that nasa does, whether it's long-range space exploration or going back to the moon, and also putting in the work with commercial industries. in ten years, perhaps we will see a ticket prices had come down and see more people involved and more paylo
